During the pre-order phase the funds collected will be used to send the copies into production and order all packaging and shipping material.

No Refunds when Pre-Order is in production. If you recieve a damaged item please contact me with your order number and pictures within 7 days (see shop policy page in the footer for details).

Items are shipped from Canada, art books are manufactured in Canada as well.

Shipping will be done at the end of each week on a either Thursday or Friday. You will get a tracking number once a label has been created. Orders placed on a Friday will be shipped by the end of the following week.

Shipping can't be done to EU due to GPSR requirements and to South America due to tariff situation.
I can only ship small items to Australia & Singapore.
