Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

For Stickers & Prints, the return address is set by default to the manufacturer's facility. If any return is to be made it should be there.

For Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

No Size Exchanges are possible


Shipping is available for the following locations:
USA, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, UAE

Shipping is not available for Europe due to VAT regulations, requiring to register a VAT as an overseas seller is too costly for me. My user base is mainly from the US and there's a very small amount from EU and EFTA states. It wouldn't be cost-effective for me to expand to Europe just yet. If every VAT laws change I will be able to ship merch to Europe.

All other parts of the world not listed are not part of my manufacturer's shipping destination for now.


Anything other than Stickers & Prints are packaged and shipped by myself so shipping rates and time may vary.
Special Items will have limited runs with possible re-runs, they will always have a pre-order period.
Items can include: Artbooks, Standees, Mousepads, Cards, Toys, Pins etc.

Damaged items do not need to be returned but can be replaced if they meet manufacturer criterias for damaged goods:
Books: ripped pages, wet pages, burns or cuts
Standees: any big crack or broken item
Mousepads & charms: rips or punctures
Pins: bent needle
